In September, we relaunched Grant Connect with a re-imagined platform, including exciting new features, data points, and a more powerful search. To account for these platform changes, we made some amendments to our pricing model.
Most accounts will not receive a price increase. Small and medium sized charities with annual revenues less than $500,000 per year (which make up a majority of the charitable sector) will either be paying the same rate, or, in many cases, less per year. We have phased in a significant increase for charities with annual revenues over $5 million in order to invest in the quality and features of the product, ultimately so that charities can find new sources of income. However, if any organization is having challenges subscribing to the platform because of pricing, we encourage them to get in touch with us directly.
We're proud to say that Grant Connect is still the most affordable and accessible product on the market. In addition to annual plans, we provide a monthly, no-contract option, as well as a significantly discounted 3-year plan (for large charities who tend to renew each year). For Imagine Canada, making sure we continue to offer a number of options given the unique context of each charity is absolutely crucial. Grant Connect still remains dedicated to providing free trials, complimentary product tours, and a free version available at libraries and universities.
