Charity size (or recipient size): Numerical field showing the most recent reported annual revenue data for a recipient organization.
Direct charitable activity: Funds used for ongoing activities a foundation or charity undertakes for: running day-to-day programs, occupancy costs (such as rent, mortgage payments, hydro, repairs, and insurance) for buildings used to carry out charitable activities, most salaries, and education and training for staff and volunteers. In some cases, an organization may count its grantmaking activities as direct charitable activity; this is common for research-related entities that include research funding as part of or one of their programs.
Eligible costs: Types of support a funder indicates it is willing to fund.
Evaluation criteria: Refers to specific criteria a funder is looking to see represented in a strong application.
Gifts last year: The sum of total gifts for the most recent year for which gift data is available.

Turnaround: Application turnaround refers to how quickly a funder will reply to an application or request for funding.
